Beyonwiz FV-L1 (and certain others) - bad Samyoung NXB

Upon opening a Beyonwiz FV-L1 PVR, I found the following bad Samyoung NXB units:

C14 (3300uF 10V) - on switched +3.3V rail before output inductor and MOSFET switch
C15 (1000uF 10V) - on switched +3.3V rail after output inductor and before MOSFET switch
    C17 (2200uF 10V) - on unswitched +5V rail

Replacing all of them (along with the other Samyoung NXB units) fixed this problem.
In some PVR units, the electrolytics are literally being baked, such as in the Topfield TF5000PVR(T/C).

Should we add Samyoung NXB (as well as Samyoung NXA) series to the bad caps list?
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.
Working...
