Inno3D 6200 AGP 512 MB with caps in short...

Hello Friends!
I had a pc repair That have this problem: the video card fitted with a Inno3D 6200 AGP 512 MB DDR2 64 Bit TV-OUT/DVI has caps of faults (shown in photo, in the red box) ... I'm short ... and for this reason the pc is always on reboot!!!!!

The value of the caps (in the red box) is 1500uF 6.3 V.
But I was thinking to replace all caps with large caps 1500uF 10V LOW ESR 105C course.
The brand of these caps is: samxon.

I have a GeForce 7300 GT (Gigabyte) GV-NX73T256P-RH
Which haves the same symptoms, and your topic made me to check their caps and found one 1000uF 6.3V bolded all ready.

Luckily I have a great new LCR meter next to me, and I will do a machive and detailed test in all the capacitors on ithis VGA.

By the way, with what instrument you did find the cap as shorted ?
If you did it with a very common multimeter, then you are really lucky that the cap was in such bad condition.

Edit:
My VGA looks to have tiny PCB pads, the desordering needs extreme caution.
Do you have any desordering tips ?

it is true the text I did it with a simple multimeter. I did a simple test for continuity of individual caps, and one of the beep is continuous.
I bought from the internet and I'm waiting for the capacitance.

Did you measure the capacitor while it was still on the board, or did you remove the capacitor before you measured it?

The caps I measured them when they were still connected to the board video card.
Today I'm going to buy and replace them all and I'll let you know if it works.

The reason I asked is that there may be something else on the board that could be giving you the short circuit reading. After taking out the capacitor that gave the short circuit reading, measure it again. Also measure across the 2 pads where you removed the capacitor from to see if it's the capacitor that is short circuit or something else on the circuit board.
