    Chemicon PSA 180uF 16v.
ESR is like .025 Ohms. - Not that impressive for a poly.
    They don't go bad.
    .

EDIT: Whoops, it's not even in the data sheet.
    But it's a Chemicon PSA 180uF 16v Polymer.

I had one burst and another fall off. Where do I buy some? Is there a better quality type to use? Forgive me I know nothing about caps.

        Are these SMD?
That could be why I'm not finding any.

If they are they would be PXA rather than PSA.
        - If they are then need to know diameter because there are two 180uF 16v in that series. [8mm and 10mm]

If one of those burst you probably have other series issues somewhere.

keep in mind i've seen poly fakes (lytics in a poly shell with a vent) mixed in with real polys in video cards. if it has a vent cut on top, its a lytic

              Those aren't poly fakes.
They are just lytics in the other style can.
Just about EVERYONE makes those. - Since forever.

Do you have a photo of the burst one? It's possible the one that burst might look similar in size and color, but be something altogether different.

No I do not. I think they are all the same. The other 4 caps have the same information and size.

I'm pretty sure these are 10mm smd caps. Of the two links provided by PCBONEZ I do not know which type I need.

Those links were not suggestions to you.
                    They were examples to U235.

Can I just use a similar cap, like the 8mm you linked?

Those are 8mm diameter x 12mm height caps. I can tell based on their height compared to the PCI express power connector. The next standard size up would be 8x15mm. These would appear much taller and it would be a very odd size for a polymer capacitor.

The ones in the second photo are Sanyo SVP, which has slightly inferior specs to UCC PXA. I'm assuming your card has PXA as that is what is in the first photo.

PCBONEZ provided a link to the correct 8x12mm replacement:
