Some components have broken off the PCB. Anyone with the same that can check what's missing?

Hi,
I have an RX 6600 from MSI, and it has no power. I have found no shorts, and almost all voltages are missing:- I have 5V on the back of the card (U310), but it seems to be used for video output (5V_VESA).
- All fuses seem okay.
- The thermal camera shows no hot spots.
- I have flashed the latest BIOS (using CH341A). It makes 1.8v and 0.75v come back
I am used to repairing shorted cards and replacing blown components, but here I am stuck.
For schematics and board view, I use the Rev 2.0 PDF schematic, as nothing is available for Rev 1.0. However, Rev 2.0 is... -

Hi! I have troubles with rx 6600, and at begining to eleminate anything related to software level,oc/dc,vref up/down,temperature etc etc, tried everything imaginable!
Card work perfect in benchmark/stress (also vram test pass) apps but in games, it stutters/freeze/crash etc, sometime not starting game. On same setup(i5-6600k etc) i run gtx970 and eveything is perfect. Now my last resort is trying to figure out if its posible to fix card and what can be wrong on it.
