Hi,
I have an RX 6600 from MSI, and it has no power. I have found no shorts, and almost all voltages are missing:
I am used to repairing shorted cards and replacing blown components, but here I am stuck.
For schematics and board view, I use the Rev 2.0 PDF schematic, as nothing is available for Rev 1.0. However, Rev 2.0 is not the same; components are not located in the same places.

I think the issue might be with L500, which has only 0.378V instead of 5V. I'm not sure if the GS9230 can step down the 5V (it seems okay). Or maybe the components which give the 5v to this L500
I didn't write other coils values because there were @ 0v.
I have for gs9320:
- pin 22 (VIN): 12v
- pin 2 (EN): 1.8v
- pin 10, 11, 16, 17 (LX (out?)): 0.3v
- pin 21 (VCC): 0v !!
I tried to replace it but same value, i remove the coil (L500) and it is the left pad u/0.3v and not the one connect to the gs9320, I was thinking that U501 is feeding the L500...

- I have 5V on the back of the card (U310), but it seems to be used for video output (5V_VESA).
- All fuses seem okay.
- The thermal camera shows no hot spots.
- I have flashed the latest BIOS (using CH341A). It makes 1.8v and 0.75v come back
