Need Help Identifying Component on Razer Mouse

I have a Razer Naga 2012 mouse that stopped working and so I opened it up to try to figure out the issue (I've done this with a few other of my Razer Naga 2012s and have succesfully repaired them) This one stumped me and after going over it again and again I realized that the motherboard was missing a component.

There are no identifying marks on the component itself, but next to it on the board it says "L3" Anyone have any ideas on what this component might be or how I can figure out what it might be? Going to try to find a replacement and solder it in myself. Wish me luck!

A coil. Replace it first with a wire, see if it works.

Wow, it worked :p Now the search starts for that coil, unless I'm able to just bridge the connection with solder and move on with my life lol. Thanks for the input modoran!

Most likely an SMD ferrite bead on the 5V input, it filters out high frequency noise. May not be critical in this specific case, and since the current should be low anything will probably do.

I ended up just soldering a bridge and have been using the mouse all day with no issues...yet...

Help identifying mosfet on Razer Blade RZ09 (CH570_MB_NT)
                by redbaron1007
I have a Razer laptop (RZ09 MB# CH570_MB_NT) that has a shorted mosfet marked BND M03 E067 that I'm unable to find anywhere online. Does anyone either know what the part number is for this mosfet or have a schematic I can find it in?

Backstory on the whole thing the laptop was plugged into a lamp at a hotel. The lamp got unplugged while it was charging and now the system won't power on anymore. I found the caps around this mosfet shorted and when I injected voltage into the caps the mosfet got hot and my bench psu was pulling 5A. Pretty sure this is all that's wrong with the laptop...

identifying sot23 on backlight cirucuit of 17" razer rz09-0423
                by kjchatman
this laptop was damaged by a roof leak at the repair shop that it was at while waiting for a replacement cpu fan. It was given to me to try to save the motherboard which wouldn't power up anymore. The only issue now is that an sot23 marked R1 is missing one of it's three legs. I cannot find schematics for this model but I found a mosfet that has the same label but i'm not sure if it's an actual match. CJ3401 is the one that I found but I have no clue about the true identity of the damaged one.
