Found D334 on the POE daughterboard to be faulty. This powers Port 12. Will replace on Friday. Then I hope that's all and it should be fixed 100%
This Switch has had some serious damage to it by previous owner. Luckily I've fixed pretty much all of it.

Are these expensive to buy I just curious because of all that seems to be wrong with unless it is just getting the experience repairing them

Not really, but some things in UK have to be bought in pack of 10. Which is OK if it's a regular repair of the model.
        I bou6the switch for around £100
The CPU cost £35 from AliExpress, delivered.
The LAN Transformer and TRV from Farnel (expensive place to buy because they charge a standard Handling Fee of £9 RIP OFF). Cost me £21.
The equivalent Diode (5 pack) from eBay £5 (good price).
So all round I reckon it's worth it, if I keep or sell.
But from experience, in this case they're relatively easy to repair. Just the parts are a pain. Especially the LAN Transformer because I only found 1 product which has the correct coil configuration, others are opposite.

        UPDATE.
        it's ALL FULLY working now.

I was asking the cost of a new switch although I appreciate your feedback about the cost of the repair parts
