Any broken trace can be repaired by scraping off the coating then soldering a short piece of wire across the break.

Re: Hansol H950
Check the solder joints at upper left and lower right at T1. The lower right looks like a ring crack? Or it could be the lighting?
Upper left on L51 also looks suspect?

Re: Hansol H950
This unit is still giving the same problem. When first turned on I get these lines but it seem that after it warms up I get a picture and if it is left on it seems to work ok but if it is allowed to go into standby the symptoms start again?? I have reset the connections and done some re soldering. Any ideas what to do next?Comment

Re: Hansol H950
This sounds more like a logic card problem than a power supply problem. Check power supply voltages both when it's working and when it's not. If essentially the same, start looking at regulators on the logic card.

Re: Hansol H950
Hmm, when I had the Hansol H711 here, it wouldn't power on and that was because of a bad cap in the PSU.
A search for H950 in the image section seems to show that the PSU is in the base just like the H711.
It might be worth checking out? It was a bugger to take apart, but you can see what it looks like from

by tesnicHi guys! Thanks in advance to your help. I have a Lenovo yoga 3 14 (mainboard NM-A381). The actual issue, aftter change the shorted KBC, is the impossible to have the 3V. The BQ seems OK (i have 20V, regn, but not the AC_OK (1V only), it was replaced likewise. I replace 3 o 4 times the PU201 (it's very very hot afte connecting the charger) but i dont be able to work properly. All the replacements of these chip are get very hot.. Is possible the replacements of Aliexpress are spoiled, i order new ones from other seller.... But what could be the fault? What measurings can do?

by RulycatHere is a Magna 300W ATX PSU, with plenty of bloated JEE and other caps:
Primaries are HEC 330uf 200V (will change these when I get some other caps)
Now I said on the other thread about the electronic clock kit I was waiting on some caps off my dad. Well here they are in action! and before I get roasted for bad repair work or it's dangerous etc, this is just a "Will it work?" project, using what I now have, which is Jamicon 85C caps, Fake Nichicons and Fake Panasonic FR caps!
At least the values are a lot larger.

by davgThis monitor is giving me some grief. When I turn it on it gives a bunch of pretty lines. (Photo #1) When I turn it of and back on I get lines as in photo 2 and after it warms up and I turn it off and on it works perfectly. (Photo 3). If it goes into sleep mode for any length of time the symptoms start all over again? Leave it on, attached to a continuous signal, it will work without fault. I have run it for days. I have had it apart. Replace the caps checked all connections several times. It did have bad ccfl lamps which I replaced. Anyone have a similar experience? I posted on this way back...
