HP Elite Dragonfly 13.5" Chromebook locked

i have a case with this chromebook locked i try the method change the line see example picture, but afte reprogram the bios not give me video any help for unlock this

post full name and model, motherboard model, product number,post the original contents of the bios chip..,etc.
