    Help identifying part 26AT

    I have a dell E171 monitor.

On the logic board there is a device (see enclosed pics) which has the markings 26AT.

Does anyone know what this part is?

    LBBB is ID.

    Package is SOT-223-5 (SOT-223, 5 leads -or- 4 leads + tab)

LP3961 - 800mA Fast Ultra Low Dropout Linear Regulators
    Fixed 2.5v with a 2.5v-7v input

    Search on DigiKey: LP3961EMP-2.5

        Google: LBBB datasheet

If the first number gets you nowhere, try the second. Every manufacturer is different as to placement.

            Hi There!
I'm trying to help my friend who owns a restaurant be just bought.
He has a very long LED strip running along all the walls and columns. The strip is attached facing down 2in above the floor, using a wall panel that ends in a metal rail that finishes the panel underneath
It's stuck using, I guess, the 2 sided tape that comes with the strip
The issue is that like 1/2 of the full length, including 1/2 one wall, another entire wall, and one column, flickers after 4 or 5 minutes ON. Particularly it flashes staying OFF most of the time and flashing ON for 1 tenth...

Just archiving everything related to bumpgate since most stuff has disappeared from Google. Maybe people will finally take the time to read some of it and stop shouting "reflow gpu" at every occasion but rather try to understand what the real issue is…
Interesting parts about the failure analysis are "Why Nvidia's chips are defective" and "Why Nvidia's duff chips are due to shoddy engineering"

May complete this post at a later date with more details.
Basically issue is a combination of thermal dissipation of the chip with hotspot,...
