Does anyone familiar with what this full part# is? Its off the mainboard from a Miller Spectrum 375 plasma cutter, component location Q6. Thanks for any help guys!

600V 40A mosfet -
To me, it looks more like a "10n60" for the part number, which would be a 10 Amp, 600V MOSFET. And these come in TO-220 case, so I think that's more likely to be the part, like this:

Of course, a 40 Amp MOSFET would probably work too and possibly even better... provided whatever is driving its Gate won't have issues with the higher Gate charge / currents.Comment
