Acer V193HQ vertical and horizontal lines

    Hi forum friends,

Got this working monitor but both the vertical and horizontal lines doesn't seem to go away eventhough i put some pressure pad on those brown plastic tcon board connectors.
The display is Innolux model MT185GW01 V.0 and there is no service guide or schematic for this board.
For easy reference, i took pictures of the tcon board in 3 parts, from the right side (img 110358), middle part (img 110459) and the left side (img 110708). First i took some dc voltage reading from right side. The test points and readings are vccf1=5.16, vcom_cf1=0.05, vccg1=2.5, dvddf1=2.5, vee1=0.1, vgh1=0.24, VGL1=0.42
The middle part test points and readings are rx0-1=1.1, rx0+1=0.9, vddd1=2.5, ckv1=1.13,
    Vref 1f1=4.76, vgma8=2.34
The left side test points and readings are avdd1=4.92, vref14f1=0.10, vref4f1=3.46

Anyone can help me out on this board if the above readings are normal? Thanks in advance.

    Screen Display Vertical Multicolor Lines
    by Stanley1843
Hello, I have a screen in where sometimes when I open it pop-up vertical multicolor lines (I would say the most of them are green). If I tun off and turn on the screen the lines dissapear or if I leave open the screen after approximately five minutes the lines gone. I measured the below voltages on the main PCB and on the T-CON board and the voltages are the same when it doesn’t display the vertical lines and when it displays the vertical lines. Also, I cleaned all the connectors very good with IPA. I moved back and forth the connectors and the COF tabs but the vertical lines didn't displayed...

Sony XBR-85X950G Gray horizontal lines and vertical picture shift diagnosis?
    by noisykid
5.5 year old 85 inch Sony Bravia X950G started showing gray horizontal lines across the bottom of the screen and the picture shifts slightly vertically when it happens. The lines sometimes get bigger/smaller vertically and bounce back. See the video for the problem. It seems to be happening after it warms up after an hour or so. Happens regardless of source. Right now there's nothing but power cable connected and it's happening. We did hook up a new Nintendo Switch to our HDMI switching receiver today, and played for a while with no issues, but this problem didn't occur til a few hours later while...

    Samsung UN46C8000XFXZA vertical bars/horizontal lines
    by x_orange90_x
I posted about this previously but didn't get any response, and I have some troubleshooted a bit so I have more info.

The screen is full of horizontal "gaps" or lines that distort the picture badly, and after about 10 seconds of powering it on the screen starts to fill with red vertical bars that take on the horizontal pattern. After the screen filled with the red bars, they instantly vanished and then slowly started to reappear. I initially thought it was tab bonding failure, but after getting down to them and pressing each one I find zero change in the picture. I went...

Toshiba TV 55L6200U horizontal lines + vertical bands. Any hope?
    by oxi1158
    Hi all,

My TV had been showing for the last year some faint horizontal lines on all of its right side, about one out of each 4 of 5 rows of pixels. Not much of a bother, they were unnoticeable when watching a movie. Then, all of a sudden the horizontal lines became much stronger and crossed the whole screen, effectively making it a pain to watch.

I watched some youtube video where some guy "fixes" it with some tape on the ribbon cable of the t-con, so I tried that, but to no avail. Actually, after putting the TV back together again things worsened: apart...

Samsung QN70Q6DTA Ghost or horizontal lines after tape fix horizontal line
    by Ihandyrepair
    Hi guys

I just started fixing 4k TV few months ago. so I am still learning a lot
I got this tv from friend complaint is ghosting or horizontal lines on image.

never saw the original symptom but I took the tv back home. the funny part is that after bringing to home, the tv worked fine no issue for 3 weeks.
then it started to show the ghosting white image.
I started using the tape method, but this tv does not have a T con board and it has only 1 ribbon cable from main board to the tv panel.
it has 3 thin small boards at the bottom of the...
