think i have this same issue.. was getting flickering for the pass 2 months on start up till it gets warm and it was fine after that.. 4 days ago when i woke up it was black but still was powered on cause you can see the image with a flash light. took it apart and found 3 bulgeing caps on the inverter so i replace them still the same issue.. they had too be replace sense everything has over 100k hours or close too it..
so its either the CCFL or inverter still.
so i would like too try this led trick too see if i get any life and go from there.. do you guys mean solder a wire too pin 10 than too a led meaning led bulb than too a ground?
