IBM / Lenovo L192p 9419 HC2 ptb-1667 inverter board

I have several of these monitors, I replaced bad caps in the first one that had only an orange led, after repair the led is green and it works fine. The other two monitor leds were off , all 10 of the large caps test good in the other two inverter boards but no life when installed. I have swapped the good inverter board into the two bad monitors and they work fine.

Both bad inverter boards have power at the large high voltage input filter cap. Amy idea what to look for next?

So I tested the 4.7uv 50v, 22uf 50v and 10uf 50v caps in both boards and found the esr out of spec. so replaced them all both boards are now up and running.
