Never did find out what was wrong with the supplies but found another used one and that fixed the issue.

Levono SL400
Upgraded my Levono SL400 BIOS (1.3) and processor to duo core 2.66g plus 4 gb ram. loaded windows 10, 64bit
It all works well except for the 4 buttons on the left of the keyboard mute/vol+/vol-/Levono care.
Is there a new driver that will fix this? -

My transformer is a similar type but different part number. My bad one read about 0.1-0.2 ohms on the primary side. One winding of the secondary read 1020 ohms the other was 848 ohms. When I opened it up the 848 ohm side had burn marks. Yours must be a bit different specs. but as both secondary windings show exactly the same at 750 ohm i wold assume it's is ok. Not likely that they would both fail with the same 750 reading. I ordered a new one but don't have it yet.Leave a comment:

I had a similar flickering issue on a Lenovo monitor. turned out to be a heat sensitive cap on the video control board. Once warm it settled down but a shot of cooling spray on the caps revealed the problem.Leave a comment:

Some boards have a small pico fuse near the inverter. Could be the other 2 small caps also check the inverter transformer 2874005300m. With the power disconnected use a multi-meter the coil on the primary side should read close to zero maybe 1 or 2 ohms. The two secondary side coils should each read between 1k and 2k ohms and should both read the same. That transformer is available on eBay for under $10.Leave a comment:

Note: if you turn the power off and on when connected to a computer, there is a very brief flash of video on the screen then to black. the blue led remains onLeave a comment:

Samsung 2243wm on power-up shows blue led and blank (black) screen. All the capacitors on the power and video boards test good. I swapped the LCD screen to another monitor and it works fine.
Any ideas? -

yes there are 2 different the PS-4241-9HA is the one with RT900 and RT901
Difficult to show them in a photo see photo PS-4241-9HA they are on the heat sink at the front of the board between the transformer and the coil. Here are some close ups.

OK so I managed to read the numbers on Q210 and Q211 they are 95T07GP MOSFET.

HP SFF power supply 503367-001 are not all the same there are at lease 2 model numbers with different internal parts and PCB's. PS-4241-9HA and HP-D2402E0. Both have the 503367-001 number and are identical on the outside.
I have a PS-4241-9HA that is dead but so far have not found any bad components. I traced the power through the diode bridge to the large filter capacitor There is a heat sink with Q210 and Q211 marked on the same heat sink are 2 components with 2 leads each marked RT900 and RT901. Can anyone tell me the transistor types and what RT900/901 are?

So I tested the 4.7uv 50v, 22uf 50v and 10uf 50v caps in both boards and found the esr out of spec. so replaced them all both boards are now up and running.Leave a comment:
