Your board look to have 3 inductors for Pi filters for 3 power supplies.
Good clear straight shot pictures of the bottom side of the board will help a lot.

I circled the 2 that i don't know what they are. Also circled the negative pin hole. Which are 5 and 7 on the front pic. The bottom one is #7
You all have been great with helping me, Thanks alot

Do you have this picture without the red marking so I can do the tracing? BTW, the picture of the bottom side is really dark that I cannot clearly see the circuit traces.

I was thinking if you contacted them and told them your problem they would give you the information on the caps.

                  Cap 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 should be the same Voltage rating

Cap 3, 4, 9 should be the same Voltage rating.

i don't have a 9 drawn on the front pic. U mean the one still in place on the right side of front of original post picture is 9? that is 470uF 10v. 3 and 4 are 1000uF 10v. i just need #5 and #7. one should be 470uF 25v the other 470uF 10v. those are the 2 caps i have left that i can not place. Here are pics before removal

#6 and #7 are connected in parallel so they are have the same rating, these two caps should 820~1000uF 25VDC since they are for supplying the Voltage to the inverter circuit. What is the value of #6? If #6 is 470uf 25V, that will be too low of the capacitance for that section, if that is what they used (470uF for 6 & 7) it is more likely to be marginal.
#5 to be safe, you can install a 470uF 25VDC cap then take the DCV reading, if it only has 5V on it then you can use 10V cap.

BTW, #3 and #4 (for the 5V) are also connected in parallel, so they should be the same rating.

After comparing the pic in last post that shows 3,4,5 i compared the lettering at the top of the cap and it compares to a 470uF 10v that i have left over, and 7 would be 470uF 25v for the last leftover.
