    Samsung T240HD Cycling colors

My T240HD is acting strange; when I turn it on it cycles white, grey, black, multicolor, repeat. I've included a video: https://goo.gl/photos/mDCio5R4hqw53pcH7

I'm planning to open it up and see if it is a bad capacitor. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Is it connected to running PC or running Video sources?
Nothing in the owner manual that I can see regarding to this pixels test mode.

It was running off of an amazon fire TV stick from the HDMI port. This behavior is not the normal display it shows if no video source is connected.

Sorry for double reply, but i've resolved my issue. I think it was a loose connector. I took the TV apart, took out both boards and inspected them. I didn't see any popped caps or burnt looking IC's so I put it all back together and it's now working.
