Benq BL2201 22" LED power supply failure

    Hello everyone,

If anyone can help me with a schematic for this type of power supply or maybe some pictures? I need it to replace the resistors that also have been damaged when N-channel mosfet detonated. The model of the PCB is 715G4124-P03-002-003H

If anyone can help me maybe with some pictures from a similar power supply PCB or schematics will be a gift from heaven.

    Thanks in advance.

What is the P/N of SMPS IC901 which driver that power MOSFET? SO the snubber cap C909 also blown?
So the GATE resistors R917, 918 are blown, how about R922? Also check D908.
IC901 may also be damaged when that MOSFET shorted out.

Hey budm, thanks for the fast reply.
IC901 it's a pwm controller FAN6752MYI. I'll need to find a datasheet to check the pin out.
      There wasn't a C909 on the board. R922 is also blown. D908 it's okay.

But does blown resistors are big mystery to me and I will like to know what are there values.

If you can get the spec sheet of the SMPS IC then you can look at the application notes circuit which should be close enough for your board to get the value of the resistors use in your board.
I am surprised that the diode is still OK.
