Samsung 710V problem - cycling reset

    Hi !

I have Samsung 710V LCD monitor. When i turn it on led goes green, and it shows picture for very short time, maybe 0,5s. Then green led blinks and it cycles again. It keeps reseting itself. I wasn't able to see this until i connected CCFL to externaly powered universal inverter, because time was to short to enable inverter. I have measured 5V and 13V from power suply, and 3,3V and 2,5V on main board and voltages seems OK. Anyone has ideas what can i check next ?!?

Please upload good clear pictures of both side of the board so we can see what we are dealing with, and please stick to this thread so we can keep track of the progress without looking at the other thread you have created.

I did find part of service manual, couldn't find full manual.
      I have uploaded it here:

I made some progress. When i tried to power it on with universal inverter it was cycling reset.
But when i removed on/off wire which is leading to original power/inverter board it worked fine.
So i believe problem must be somewhere on inverter part.
