Dell monitor S2240L

This monitor is not in standby enter the PC off after he had problems with HDMI in that we found a double entry in the video card.
I already replaced the stop HDMI cable and displays the message that it has no HDMI cable will enter into standby in 5 min.Dupa as factory reset.
Does anyone know where could be the problem?
