Envision EN7100si Flashes on and off [FIXED]

I have an Envision EN7100si that flashed on and off, but thanks to the advice on this forum, it was fixed.
The monitor first started acting up a while back and the initial advice was to turn down the brightness. Well that worked for a few months, but the flashing started getting worse. Eventually one night it failed and would not stay on.

Searching through this forum (and others) I sought instructions on how to open it. Most of the people simply say to just remove 4 screws at the corners, then use a blunt object to run around the edges and separate the front from the back.

Unfortunately one important instruction was missing.
After much prying and pulling, I found that on the back on the stand pivot were 2 black "U" shaped covers. Once I pulled these off I found 8 screws holding the stand to the monitor. Removing these screws, then running a blunt object around the frame, the back finally came off.

Now following everyone's advice I located 2 buldging caps in the power supply. So I went to my friendly Radio Shack (I know bad move) and purchased 2 new caps. I soldered in #1 and tried the monitor, it still flashed. So I replaced #2 and tried it again; now NOTHING.
OK, I said don't panic; it had to be the last cap that made it worse.

Going back to the forum I read good things about Digikey.
So I ordered my 62 cent capacitor + $3 shipping.
When it arrived I carefully removed the last cap and soldered in the good one.
I powered the monitor up and to my surprise it came on and stayed on, even at full brightness!

So to all of the Techs out there, thanks for all of the help!!!
