The monitor is HP 27es LED Monitor

The monitor will randomly blackout and display no signal and will recover again.
Sometimes need to power and off again to restore the display but it will eventually blackout and display again.

On google, there are certain users facing this same issues, thus decided to open up and check.

DC adapter was giving correct voltages and ESR level for the caps were acceptable

Had narrowed to the possible suspects,

Sounds like the issue is with the graphics card if the monitor goes out with a no signal error message.

Have you tried the monitor with other computer or a game console?

            Hi прямо

Had tried with different hdmi devices, laptop, set top box and HDMI cables.

The symptoms were the same. The monitor source will go out randomly and to power cycle again to display.
Display will show for a short while around 3 mins and black out again, no signal.

You will need a scope to trace the HDMI signals on the monitor controller PCB (where the VGA and HDMI ports are located) to see if any of them is missing when the no signal symptom is happening.

Also, does it also happen with VGA input?
