BenQ FP731, SMD transistor in AD board

    Hi,
SMD transistor marked (Q7) in "AD board" of my LCD BenQ FP731, is totally burned and I can't see nothing in its surface, my question is if someone can tell me the number of this transistor or an substitute.
Somewhere I've read it's the same on Dell E172FPB.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    here again.........

The transistor I'm talking is the same in a Dell E172FPB , but in diferent place.
    I show you below:

    BenQ Fp731 (48.L8301.AA0)-----> Q7

Dell E172FPB (48.L9201.A11)----> Q2 <--- I've saw it in a pic of this board, but his resolution don't allow read the number.

I hope someone help me now and tell the reference of that SMD transistor .

    Thanks.

I gave Dell E172FPB (BENQ 48.L0J01.A00) but I don't know if they have the same "AD board" !!
for my "AD board" the Q2==> t06

        Hi, samykenza
many thanks for your reply, but in your board, I don't know how is marked this transistor.
I can see the legs in my "PCB" marked ( D , G , S ) -Drain -Gate -Source, "is the same", and it's near LCD panel conector , in fact, provides power to it.
        I've seen " t06 " datasheet and it's a PNP transistor (B, E, C). In my case is a
        MOSFET, but...........which?

Re: BenQ FP731, SMD transistor in AD board

          Hi TOMARRO,

this is a pic of my "AD board"

near the LCD panel conector I can't find a mosfet!!! but only a transistor (B,E,C) as you can see in this pic ( the number 1 )

          I found probably a mosfat marked as Q7 !! (the number 2)

and in this pic you can see another one but I'm not sure that is a mosfet (the number 3)

I would to tell you also that the Q7 is the only one that is marked (D,G ,S) all the reste are marked like a transistor (B,E,C). I hope that this information can help you.

              Hi, again samykenza.

Don't worry for your english, I understand perfectly!

At least what I was wayting!

              It's "Q7" , I was searching and found the complete name --> (XP151A01C3MR)
n-channel power mosfet, that was my doubt (n-channel or p-channel) now I'm
sure, and I can replace it.
I'll try to find the same transistor or an equivalent, in my local shop and afterwards I'll post the result.

Very helpfull your pics! .........many many thanks.

              greetings......from Europe .....TOMARRO.

                  <<GOOD NEWS>>

I've got, "not the original", an equivalent transistor, in my local shop (2 days wayting for it) ----> SSM3K01F by TOSHIBA, and now my monitor is working fine again.
Was a very difficult and delicate job! but in this moment THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED.
So many thanks, Samykenza for all your help...

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

                        Assuming...

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

My 3.5 years old monitor (BenQ SW2700pt) started to black out for 1-2 sec every minute or so, it was doing this even with PC disconnected from it. I searched online and read that it's probably aging capacitors and there's a workaround to lower the brightness.

I lowered it from 100 to 65% and it indeed helped, but after a couple of months the issue returned... I continued to lower the brightness, but it helped only for a couple of hours at most, then I needed to lower it further... Turning the monitor off and waiting for it to cool down also helped for a short time, after which it...

                        Hi There,

This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.

After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.

                        Sony xbr-65x900c main board issues?
                        by jb_Bak
Hey guys great forum glad to have found it. I bought a Sony XBR 65X900C cheaply because it didn't work. No signs of life at all not even a light/led. All I hear is a brief high voltage sound when I throw the power to it.

Didn't see any obvious signs of damage so right away started checking voltages. This is what I see:
Power Board Connector that goes to Main board
