just google SA300 firmware and DL it from samsung

Found it. Tried it. It says the firmware is up to date. The monitor does not power on now... No lights at all.

you could take the eeprom out check it if it is still good, flash a new firmware to it and put it back in.
also you could buy hopefully a preflashed eeprom put that in, or replace the whole board, or replace the monitor.
