Can somebody help me how to test the power board? Maybe show pins or parts

FYI, I have same board, and my transformer doesn't have that silver mark on it.

Is that solder, or is the copper being discolored?

Really nice photos! To save time, can you please give us specific info on the symptoms? Is it just flickering and nothing else? There's multiple issues being described in the link you provided. If you're encountering the "2 seconds to black" problem, then try using retiredcaps guide at:
