Looking for a Service Manual for Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1

I got a NATIVE INSTRUMENTS Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1 with the common issue of a broken USB Type B port. After I replaced it the controller can't be recognized by the PC: I tried with several Windows and Mac PCs with the latest S4 drivers.
All the correct voltage values are present so I suspect the issue could be the USB controller IC: CY7C68013A-100AXC with a 24LC64 eeprom.
I looked around for the service manual with no luck so I wonder if someone could be so nice to share it.

CY7C68013A has no internal code,
it will connect to usb using a VID & PID from a valid eeprom, or use a default one from itself.
so if you check the device manager you should see it connect even if the driver is missing.
if it connects then it may be a corrupt eeprom - although i cant see why.
i suspect you have shorted d+ and d- or a brocken filter.

Yep, it uses the separate 24LC64 eeprom.
D+ and D- are not shorted according my meter and they are connected directly to the USB port.
There are two fuses on the USB ground and +5v lines and they are good.
Windows 7 gives "USB Device Not Recognized" with or without the S4 drivers.
What filter should I check?

if you go into the hardware, does it show a device and it's VID & PID numbers?

No, in the attached pic you can see what I got.

I have access to a digital scope (Siglent 1202X-E) if this could help.

I found the attached guide so I checked the CLKOUT pin with a scope: I see a good signal for just a second then it reduces its amplitude a lot but I can still get the frequency that is the same as the crystal, 24 Mhz.

From the guide I can read "Suspend mode happens if the FX2LP is not seeing the regular start of frame (SOF) bus signals from the host and WAKEUP# is high."

I checked the WAKEUP pin and I see 2,89 V.

Just for the record, I got a new CY7C68013A from China and, after a not so easy replacement job, now the Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1 is working again.

Any schematics of PCB1 or service manual discovered? troubleshooting a short after someones horrible usb repair, will chuck more hours at this

you can get a datasheet from cypress for the main chip - that shows the usb wiring
