    Problem on powered speaker installation

    Hello everyone
I have a problem with an installation that I made, I installed 4 amplified speakers in a new room that is about to open, when the coffee machine is activated, on one of these speakers in particular you hear a noise, like an electric discharge, when it is pressed and released the coffee dispensing button, but the same noise is heard if you connect a drill for example. The signal cable that starts from the mixer passes inside the wall and a shielded and balanced three-pole cable, thinking it was the one I tried with an external one but nothing changes, I think it's a current, If you find it useful, the speakers are Proel flash5av2. Can someone help me? Thank you

Try not having any inputs connected (remove input the cables) to the amplifiers and then see if you still get the interference from those noisy devices, if you do then the amplifiers are picking up the noise that is injected into the AC line, if that is the case you may have to put line filter at the source of the noise, or you can try AC line filter at the amplifier instead.

what characteristics should this filter have? what you posted to me is not available in Italy, I have seen some around on the internet but I am afraid of making a wrong purchase, I have also seen some power strips with built-in filter

Today I tried to unplug the signal cable and the noise is not heard, but I also tried to connect a vacuum cleaner instead of the coffee machine and with that it does not make noise

Oh, so you did not do this as suggested before looking into the EMI filter?

              1) So what what are the audio sources that feed the amplifiers? Just one audio sources? If you have more then one sources connected then you have to try just one source at a time.

              2) Are the audio sources Balanced Outputs?

              3) What happen if you have the Balanced audio cable connected to the amplifiers on one end and another end of the cable pins are grounded, do you still hear the noise?

Re: Problem on powered speaker installation

all ends are balanced, there is a mixer to which the speakers are connected, to the mixer as a source there is a tablet, I partially solved the problem, two of the speakers were connected to an unbalanced mixer output, basically two some speakers were connected on the main mix of the mixer which is balanced and the other two I had connected on the control room to separate the volumes but the control room output was unbalanced and created the problem for me, the mixer has 4 balanced outputs two xlr and two jack, now I have connected everything on the balanced outputs but a speaker connected to an xlr continues to give me the problem, next to the offending speaker for example that a bathroom that has a neon as a lighting source, when this neon lights up, you hear the noise

Philips HTS8000 home cinema noise problem
                  by courtcircuit
                  Hello

I have since a long time a Philips HTS8010S/01 which has been old but was doing the job.

Since a few days, it starts by making a weird "static" nois when switches on for a few seconds to a minute and then works like a charm.
Noise loudly outputs from the 3 channels, even if no signal is sent by the controler.DVD to the subwoofer/amp unit.

I was thinking of a soldering that was starting to be damaged and that was only doing the job after a few seconds of heating, most probbaly on the power board

Samsung Galaxy A22 - strange problem with sound / speaker
                  by cazi1001
                  Hello,
                  I have a Samsung Galaxy A22 5G with a strange error image.

If I have a call, I can't hear the voice of the interlocutor and he can't hear me.
If I switch on the lower speaker, I can hear the interloutor through it and now, he can hear me too.

If I listen music via Youtube, even the upper or lower speaker don't work.
If I switch louder or quieter, the sign on the screen show me a headphone.
If I plug a external speaker via Jack plug or USB-C, I can hear the sound.

Does anyone have any ideas, what the problem could be?

Yamaha MSR400 - Powered PA Speaker
                  by sukaht
                  Hello everyone.
I need help with my Yamaha MSR400 - Powered PA Speaker that I bought it used recently.

It is power on, and sounding good / working perfectly fine. However after 3 - 5 minutes, the heatsink is starting to get warm, and it smells burning a little bit.
I did tried multiple times on different day, event the speaker is not playing any song (input does not connect to any source, and the volume level is zero), after it turns ON, 5 minutes later, the heatsink is starting to get warm, and it smells burning a little bit. I am afraid keeping it ON longer than 5 minutes...

I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.

In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.
                  1. Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again.
                  2. Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve.
                  3. Problem: TV shuts down
