    surface mount transistor

    has anyone know what these transistors are they are a surface mount. ground at the top e b c at the bottom.here are the numbers.
    from the onkyo tx-nr636 schematic diagram-06 class a amp section. left channel .
    ima6006ap1= q5440 imc6006ap1=q5430

    What do you mean by GND the top? The legs are E, C (which is also the same as the top pin), B.
    INC6006AP1, INA6006AP1 are complementary pair.
    BTW: IMA is typo in that section, it is INA

          Just a tip, for me I bought a pre-amp board to use parts on it.
          If you can find 5ch or 7ch pre-amp board, you will save lot of money.
          I noticed it generates a lot of heat from pre-amp board on many onkyo receivers and it failed a lot.
