Just curious how you know it has corrupted bootloader? I would check main standby power rails like +3.3V and +5.0V.
You also want to check whether power button and CPU has +3.3V....Leave a comment:

Thanks for response. I just checked and found chipset part on CPU overheated after I press power button. I guess the board is crooked now. I just don't want to spend for a new cpu....Leave a comment:

Hello,
I am working on a Stealth 13, rz09-0310.
The symptom is, the board has 3.3v rail when plugged in. When I press power button, 5.0v rail comes up for a few seconds and the down to 0v. I see 64Mbits flash next to EC chip and 128Mbits flash next to CPU.
I am not sure if this is due to bios issue or something else.
I hope someone can help, thanks.
