Help please Ne5532a op amp chip

my teac amp has distorted sound. when i check the input pins 1 and 2 sound is perfect. outpin 1 and output pin 2 is distorted. i have checked voltage and Vcc+ is nearly 15 volts and Vcc- is only -0.2v is this right? or is the op amp faulty? anyhelp with be appreciated!

Vcc- could be connected to ground, if its not then either the -15 is missing or the ic is loading it down, I suspect the -15 volts is missing, post the model number, someone might have the schematic.
what is the resistance of the -vcc pin to ground? trace that pin and see where it goes

ok did some test input voltage on N transistor is 3v and 25v on P transistor!!

the resistor marked 100 measures different but could be due to mounted on board. all the diodes test fine only tested on board.

      Transistor resoldered.

      whats you guys think?

This is like going to the autoparts store and asking for parts for a Ford.

From here, they look more like 3 pin regulators.

How about the straight shots pictures of the boards, both side, the pictures of how all the boards are connected together, the model number of this product you are working on.
Please remember that we do not have the unit or the boards in front of us to look at.

Hello to all...just to add regarding the op amp fault...you can remove it and check the voltages within the circuit. with out a schematic to hand rail volts can be +/- 12 to even 18 volts..start at the psu for even rails. have to touched the ic to feel if it gets warm warm when the item is powered up?.. check volt regs aswel.
