Good morning, can anyone send me the "Boss audio BX-45" diagram or check the acronym of the Q3 and Q4 transistors. Because from the previous repair I find myself (Q3 2N5551) while (Q4 SS8050) and it doesn't seem correct to me. Can anyone help me thanks.

The Problem: This player has a toggle switch to select between Stereo, Mono R, and Mono L. Regardless of the setting it outputs the sound to both the L&R audio jacks. In the Mono R position, the audio output level is normal (from both the L and R audio output jacks), in the Stereo position the audio output is about half the volume, and in Mono L, it's about 3/4 the volume. Something about putting it into Stereo mode is causing the volume to drop significantly and I can't figure it out.
The player processes the audio signal using two different reference frequencies. The "R"...2 Photos -

by Per HanssonBought this for my folks as a Christmas present what felt like recently but it's actually been 6 years already!
The audio quality has successively become worse to the point that even my mom said it was unusable now, and I had to agree!
I have had it open before to add a secondary coax to optical converter for an unrelated issue with audio dropouts when hooked up to a Dreambox that it had since it was new.
Back then I noticed the craptastic choice of capacitors, and I was not really keen on replacing them all if it would not fix the issue, which I was doubting would be capacitor...-

by i_am_patchHi All. I had a Roland KR-3500 Digital Piano (similar to the KR-4500) that exhibited a Crackling audio sound on all keys. After reading somewhere about someone with a similar issue who had replaced all the Electrolytic caps I decided to also go down that route. (Spoiler : It worked !) After some basic troubleshooting I determined that it could be noise feeding thru from the Keyboard scanning since the Demo tunes played back undistorted and the Audio amp / speakers were fine ( Inserted an Audio signal into the rear Audio input). After extracting the main board from the shield, I replaced 7 Capacitors...

by silver60618Im working on a 2023 Macbook Pro M3 A2991, that had a liquid spill, has no sound. Corrosion found near Speaker Audio Amp IC. Chip ID SN012776B0,
I did find a SN012776B0 on A2442 model, but the sub and replaced it, no go. Anyone know if these audio amp IC's are cross compatible between 2021-2023 models?... -

			by MOSSEPHi
Im hoping someone might be able to give me some idea of what may be wrong with my Monitor Audio RSW12 Sub.
Ive owned it since new in around 2002, so would really like to keep it running if I can, it was the first ‘decent' bit of audio equipment I ever purchased and is a little sentimental.
The issue I had was that it would power up with the red light, but sometimes the green light would not come on and I would get no bass from it. If the green light did come on though, I would get sound out of it.
I have already tried replacing all of the... - Loading...
