Luxman R-5045 - Cant adjust current bias

    Hello good people of badcaps.

    im back with another question

Im trying adjust the current bias accordingly to the manual, but my meter is showing the same value no matter whatever position VR-804a/VR-804b is in.

DC bias is adjusted and is working as intended.

Is my settings on the multimeter wrong ? or should i look for a bad component

    note: all transistor are new

You typically measure power amplifier bias current by measuring mVDC voltage drop across the emitter resistor R825 0.22Ω or across the pair..
Another check is the overall voltage across the VBE multiplier Q803a, it should be ~6xVBE say 4.2V between C-E.
If the output transistors ever blew, Q803 might have gotten damaged, shorted. I see R811, R812 are fusible, flameproof type resistors for when the O/P transistors fail, to limit damage.

Using the Fluke 123 Scopemeter, it's not really great at low level measurements and might be not reading correctly?
