repair Marshall acton

Hi,
My column Marshal Acton 2 , is dead . Power suplyy is it ok ... 18 V , but not light and not power on.
In board off buttons dont have 3,3 V - see picture .

I need some help, and i try to find schematic !

I have Marshall Acton II column, it does not give anything, not even sound,
without the leds. I've already disassembled it and I've been checking,
it has 18V at the output of the power supply that connects the main board.
From the main board connect the board whrw have power button and sound control, bass, trelbe ....!
and on that board there should be a voltage of 3.3 V at a point that comes from the main board and there isn't...
I've tried to see voltages on the main board. The BT module turns on because I can detect it with the phone and turn
it on but there is no sound (nor the LEDs on the top plate, as I said)

Does anyone have any help? any schematics for this column? I'm desperate ...

Take the pcb out of the case and show more detailed photos of the top and bottom. Check the transistors Q203, Q211, Diodes D211, D204, D206, D 208, D200 ... I can't see any more. Measure the voltage on the gnd - Power key 1 pins, they are to the right of 3v3.

1) Detach the marshall from the wall.
Check fuse and main switch
Measure with a multimeter on the diode indications, elements marked in yellow.

2) Switch the multimeter to measure DC voltage.

3) Power on the Marshall. Measure the voltages between the black and red points.
We need better pics of the pcb from the fuse side,to understand the device's power supply. From my perspective, there is a strange-looking ceramic capacitor there(aside to the fuse).

I have Measure with multimeter the voltage a red point, do you can see im picture, ans test diodes with multimeter
I tested boton power is it ok ...

Maybe diodes is not ok !!! i kndont now referente and test ! do you need voltage in diodes "short" ?

When I power on the 4 light on front of the speaker blink 4 times and nothing appends. I have no lights on the command and of course the speaker doesn't work.

Can anyone have an idea of the problem?
Which component I need to check?

Hi I have the exact same problem, thank you for this post! 😁
I want to test stuff on the board connected to all the buttons but I can't get it out. There's 2 plastic hinges but even though I lift these the board seems stuck (no screws).
How did you release the board from the panel/chassi?
