It still gets hot after replacing Q21, but thank you for all the knowledge and tips really appreciate it
I will try to figure it out what's going on when i will have some spare time. At charging and why it stops driving.

As I understand the main objective of IC4 is when the positive inputs are higher than negative inputs, to provide an output of whatever voltage is on a pin8 which(vcc+) and step it down with 100k resistor to 5V? And if the negative input is higher than positive the signal will go to Pin 4 ground?
But I don't really quite understand why there has to be 2 op amps in this comparator. Also do voltages of both of the outputs add up and then are being converted to 5V through a 100k resistor?Attached Filesif you find these attachements useful please consider making a small donation to the site

the comparaters are active-low
if either trips then the mcu thinks there is a fault with either the 8.3v or the battery voltage.
if both voltages are u.k. then the output should be high because of r1
if the output is low then either one of those resistors in the divider circuits is bad or the chip is bad.
those chips can slowly drift out of spec which is why i pointed it out some posts back.Comment

Hi,
I have had an iROBOT i7 with a camera error (error 68) version REV M, year 2018.
I bought a liquid damaged Mainboard with WiFi module, from the same vacuum cleaner, but a different year and a different version (REV G).
(This board does not respond, only the LEDs light up in a circle.
The liquid damage is catastrophic and restoration is impractical).
(I bought this board to get the WiFi module and camera).
The boards are completely different in the installation of elements, even the connector for the WiFi module is different.

Hi friends, I have this vacuum robot at home that is not starting any more, no leds working, power button doing nothing, battery reading seems ok arround 14.4v, I suspect that mainboard is faulty, seems that there is not any clear brand model on it, and of course could not find any schematic. The trand of the vacuum is the Roidmi SDJ01RM, on some sites appears as vacuum mop Eve plus 60 or similar
If any one could point for where to start... would appreciate, new board is quite expensive arround 100 USD or more

Hello my vacuum cleaner dock died, 0V on output. I replace the caps but still no voltage. I found out that this resistor is broken (showing 0 Ohm) do know the value of this? Is this really 0 Ohm resistor?...

I have a vacuum cleaner that won't start. I have desoldered 2 capacitors with low value. But i don't know if they can cause that kind of problem. Someone here with any thoughts and inputs?
I marked the capacitors on the pcb picture with red and blue dots. The big one marked with 334 K measures 216 nF and the other one marked 224 K measures 109 nF. -
I have a Hoover FM216LI cordless vacuum which isn't charging its internal battery.
I opened up the unit, and it has 6x Samsung ICR18650-22P cells connected in series.
5 cells were at about 3.3-3.1V. one was at 2.4V, so I assumed this cell was bad that's why the vacuum wasn't charging so I replaced it with another 18650, but after that the problem still persists, the vacuum turns on a bit and then cuts out since the batteries are empty.
So I think the over discharged battery wasn't the culprit, it was a symptom of the unit not being able to charge its batteries....
