Computime CANh011 Kitchen Oven controller burnt resistor what value?

Hello. I'm having a go at repairing my neighbours electrolux oven. This controller board mounts a tier display and has 3 button inputs. I have been given only the board.
There is a large 2Watts? Resistor that is on a power bus that goes to what i'm assuming is heating element and to a power supply that gives the board microprocessor power.

I don't know the value of the resistor its too burned.

Ideally I would like schematics or the probable value if people are familiar with repairing such devices.

Failing that any advice on this from what i can see might be a voltage divider?

I suspect this board is similar to other brands, its probably derived from some reference design somewhere.

the right side of the board looks like a switching psu, and a very overheated and probably shorted ceramic cap under the big electrolytic
also, check the yellow MOV isnt shorted next to the cracked resistor

        partly, but i'm not sure
what i am sure about is we have a Viper switching psu and a broken resistor with no pcb burn that may be acting as a fuse
i would 100% be looking for a short on the right of the board.

          CANH011 oven timer board same as Candy/Lamona/Rosieres/Zerowatt/Hoover 42819496, 42837731.
In other board pics on the web, it looks like 100Ω at 2-3W flameproof, fusible. There are 15mmx5mm 3W like TE RR03 or Vishay 2W PR02 series.
The resistor R100 is a safety component, and does not burn up unless there is a short-circuit somewhere else.
          I would suspect the Viper IC U100, shorted D100, C2, C101 etc.

I found this picture online - does it help? The resistor color code appears to be "BROWN-BLACK-BROWN with a gold tolerance band. That means 100 OHMS, 5% tolerance.

I've got a 240v LED uplighter which isn't working. Pulling it apart shows a clearly burnt resistor on the circuit board, and I'm hoping some of you will have suggestions on what to replace it with. First, here are some photos. Power comes in, through the fuse and choke, then through the big blue variable resistor labelled B500K (ignore the similar blue component at the bottom - it's a simple switch for an attached reading lamp). It then passes through the burnt resistor (or at least did once), through diac DB1 and the unburned 30 ohm resistor to the gate of the triac. Now I assume there's a simple...

                        by trickartt
                        Hello Badcaps!

I am trying to troubleshoot my Allen & Heath Xone:02 DJ mixer. I have had this for somewhere close to 20 years and have played music through it in one form or another pretty much every single day since I've had it, though these days it's usually from a wireless streaming receptacle (Apple Airport) more than the turntables that are also connected to it.

This week my music stopped working, and after a bit of a wild goose chase, I realised my mixer was dead. I checked the 500mA fuse in the device beside the power supply and found it was blown, so I replaced...

                        Hello all,

I am attempting to repair a control board for a gas oven. The initial fault occurred after a lightning storm, the digital read out and all oven controls ceased to work. Upon inspection I found a resistor on the line side to be open. I replaced it with a 1/4watt as that is all I had at the time. I applied power to the board while on the bench and it worked (display lit and buttons functioned), however when my dad plugged it all back in it "sparked, crackled and shut off". I then purchased .5watt resistors and we tried again. Again it burned out the resistor. I...

                        Hi

I have an Ersa rds 80 soldering station which has developed a fault and just showing err on display
I have found a burnt resistor on pcb can anyone help me identify this resistor if you have a circuit diagram or similar unit
The printed circuit board markings are rd80 ver 2.0 and the resistor in question is R6

                        Many thanks...

                        Hi

I am trying to repair an ancient Dell 2209WA Monitor which suddenly shut off with a pop sound. On investigation found that one of the fusible resistors had blown. Further investigation identified multiple components as faulty because of which the fusible resistor blew. Please refer the attached circuit diagram showing the components that were found to be damaged.

                        1. FR950 - blown fusible resistor - 0.2 Ohm 1W
                        2. Q950 - shorted Q950 MOSFET - 650V 10A N Channel Mosfet
                        3. R835 - Blown Resistor - 20KOhm SMD resistor
