Induction hob PCB VESTEL 20fr25 from cooker Rangemaster propl60eibl help needed.
    by mariukonie
Hi. Could anyone with knowledge advise if this pcb in photos can be repaired? I'm willing to spend time and money on it to gain experience however I searched net for schematics and couldn't find so it's impossible to know what are some of burnt components. I can't find any second hand replacement board and new one is out of my budget and it exceeds value of cooker. I'm new to this forum but have had few successful pcb repairs of tv's and cooker pcbs and also made few working circuits for fun. Any help appreciated. Regards....

Help with parkside induction cooker controller IC.
    by tibd
    Hello.
I am troubleshooting a parkside induction cooker. The bord had a microcontroller ic with marking IH001 (dip24) which i think is faulty. Any ideas what this IC is, to purchase internationally? Otherwise there is a VIPer12a which seems working fine. No other defective components were found.
    Best regards.

SMEG induction cooker error EA on both left hand side cooktops
    by Gjackson
    Hi all,

I have a SMEG cooktop with a EGO 72.08041.002 power board. The two left hand side cooktops started to slowly fail, sometimes stopping with an EA error (Power board failure according to the manual) after a couple minutes boiling some water and eventually they completely failed and now get an EA error on both of them at all times. Visual inspection of the board went over ok, I checked the IGBT's and rectifiers and they seem fine, what should I look at next as this is the first time I'm fixing an induction cooker, I'm suspecting capacitors in this case, Which ones should I look...

    Cooker Hood Repair
    by Thunderace7
    Hi.
I've been repairing a cooker hood for my daughter and, although I have got it working, I am puzzled by a couple of things.
I have attached the circuit diagram I made from studying the PCB. It is a bit rudimentary but it served its purpose.
There is a buzzer, driven by output P0.0 of the processor, and the circuit seems to be a bit strange. The buzzer seems to be continually powered by 12 volts but is short circuited by the driver transistor. Any idea why this should be? I have checked the PCB several times and this is definitely how it is wired.
    The second thing...
