water pump Scala2 - electrical diagram

    Hello,
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the pump mentioned?
The markings on the board are 98800964 r07, two or three capacitors are burnt.
I don't have the board with me yet, but I don't know if the printed lines on the board are visible due to the short circuit that occurred and how the capacitors were connected.

Depopulate that area, clean all the black off, look at the damage on the PCB and see where the traces are, then grind the black burnt PCB away, then either put wires and or fill it with epoxy or a different PCB and wire it back up. Shouldn't be a problem.

These are the pictures when the capacitors are removed, two of the contacts are completely burnt so I can't see if the right contacts of C111 and C112 are connected together or not on the top side of the board, while it seems to me that the left contacts are connected together on the bottom side of the board...
The last picture is a picture of the bottom side of the board that I found on the internet, but there is no picture of the top side without elements, so I would like a wiring diagram.
By the way, the pump is a Grundfos Scala2.

to me that top layer on pic 3 where the burnt marks are are just one sheet of copper.

The board is completely burned out on that capacitor contact, I'm removing it piece by piece to find a wire inside, it seems that the board is multilayered, it seems to me that the wire is inside the board, so I can find what the capacitor from that burned out part is connected to.
In the picture on the back of the board, you can see one wire inside the board, I guess that's the one I need, but I hope there aren't any more on that small part of the board.
          That's why I'd like a schematic.

it probably doesnt need those caps,
what interests meis the fact that one side burned - so maybe it wasnt the cap that failed but the solder joint or pcb?

This is my fix, if nothing else is broken besides the replaced capacitors it should work, I'll see in 15-20 days when I install it.

                You need to clean more.
In those regions there are layers of AC inputs and GND after bridge rectifier.
Any little burnt area will increase rapid burning more and more between layers.
Sorry for poor drawing, used one of pictures to draw input circuit.

I connected the board to power and it shorted again.
I think the board has multi-layered wires so without an exact diagram I can't see how they were connected...

Because you didn't remove all the burnt PCB material.
Once it carbonises it turns conductive.

You need to cut out ALL the blackened material, then do repair/testing.

                      by sam_sam_sam
I got lucky that when I got home and was about to get some ice out of the ice dispenser I hear and see water running down the outside of the ice dispenser what the heck is going on here

At first I thought that the ice dispenser mold was cracked so I brought a new ice maker because this one has been in there for about 10 years now

Well I put the new one in and wait and I wait for the water valve to open and let water in no such luck well there is a way to check the function of the motor and the water valve on this ice maker just need a jumper wire “L” to...

Another water pump automation project (suggestions ?)
                      by Dannyx
Good day folks. Some of you may recall that a while ago I was struggling to put together what I considered to be a very basic automation for a water supply system. It didn't work out the way I intended and I learned my lesson to do it properly from the start, rather than try to reinvent the wheel and patch something together myself from scratch, so I'll stick to commercial alternatives for future projects and such a project just came in today !

This one is easier simply because this time the pump and level sensors are in the same place, so they don't require a remote connection....

                      Hi All,
I obtained a schematic diagram for the above mixer but I am wondering if a block diagram exists as I am trying to fix a problem in the protection circuit which I find a little confusing using a circuit diagram only. In the good old days the workshop manuals always had a block diagram with a circuit discription. Very useful for fault finding.
The protection light is perminently on. The right sode has a -80DC on the feed to the speaker, hence the protection led on. I have removed all the O/P transistors which checked out OK. I tested all other transistors in circuit which seem...

                      Hi Guy's

I am hoping that someone may be able to help me identify a component on a condensor dryer control board
or if anyone has a circuit diagram of the board it would help.

The water pump went bad for some reason but even with the new pump fitted the new pump wont pump when the
                      float switch is engaged.

I have tested the new pump out of circuit and it works and I have tested the wireing from the pump and float switch
                      and all is well.

It was when I traced the wireing back to the control board that I noticed a component with...
