Grundig High Performance Cyclone Battery Led blinking

Hello there,
i've got a a grundig high performance cyclone that seem the board doesn't charge the battery. What should i check? I notice that d6 is very hot

The first thing you need to figure out is that diode shorted or do you have a short on that part of the circuit where this diode is located at

The diode is ok and i don't find any short

Under D6 there are a couple of SMD resistors that are looking burnt?

Yes, it's the first thing that i checked, but the values are ok, one it's 202 2komh and the other it's 103 10kohm (checked on board). I've only 0402 smd resistors and these ones i think they are 0603
