Kitchen Aid Superba KUDS series, installed 2001, similar/identical to Whirlpool -- live, but no Start and no response to button-press.
The reset sequence of pressing two buttons multiple times did not work, either. Cycled power, no go.
Power off, remove six screws (torx 7 heads) examine circuit board: Saw two 63V/100uf caps, two more 10V caps, all appeared normal. Mutiple color-coded wires to board,
got all disconnected, dismounted board from housing. ESR test showed that 63V caps had failed.
Jamicon 105 C TK series, 8D x 12. Replaced both with equivalent 'nichicon' PW(M) series, reassembled everything, power ON, works!
KUDOs to BadCaps for inspiring my thought to replace a couple 20-year-old capacitors.
