If power supply has ventilation holes from which insects can enter, and it is near the lamp - that means insects are attracted. How bad is it? I found that my ceiling light's built in power supply had a ton of insects inside and in this case it did not seem to cause problem. But how is it in general?

Will they cause arcing with 230V AC?
If it is known that it's gonna attract insects is IP67 the only option or are these kinds of power supplies fine also? Indoor use can be assumed. The source of insects is simply open window during summer months.
