    BP Semi: http://www.bpsemi.com/en/product.php
They probably over drive the LED's as usual.

I found out what voltage that these LED modules 48 volts @120 milliamperes this has decent light output
At 280 milliamperes the voltage is 52 volts and that where the LED light is bright as shit

They are the data sheet says this <280 milliamperes @ 72 volts

I have some 48 volt at 300 milliamperes power supply’s which means that I can run two LED light modules on one power supply

The question is, what are the LED Vf and If spec? It is got going to be easy to find out.
120 mA should be OK, but not so sure at 280mA.

When powered at 120 milliamperes the heat sink only gets moderately warm but what I paid for it I not going to be overly concerned about it

I have used this approach before and for most it has worked for me before

Yes I agree with you about the 280 milliamperes is way over powering them because when you start going higher than the 48 volts the amperage goes up very quickly so I think at 120 milliamperes should be just fine

I going to make a emergency room light with a 48 volt battery pack I just have to get a BMS board for this voltage

Since you have been doing lots of works on batteries.
Are you familiar with this BP-C3400,or what do you use to testing/charging Li-ion?
I am thinking about getting battery tester since I have lots of batt from laptops to play with.

Yes I am familiar with this type of charger it okay but it is not going give you all the data you need to put a well balanced battery pack

Now on the other hand if you were to buy this battery tester this unit would give you all the information you would ever need to make a balanced battery pack for a BMS balancing protection board controller to work correctly

So let say that you have a real voltage drop start happening at 3.5 volts well most BMS boards there cutoff voltage can be some where 3.5 to maybe 2.8 volts now if it around 3.0 volts this still a problem if one battery run is 10 minutes shorter than the rest and the voltage roll off curve is 3.5 volts now the 10 minutes have turned into maybe more like 30 minutes to maybe an hour

              https://www.ebay.com/itm/EBC-A10H-El...53.m2749.l2649

Yes this is a little bit pricey but it does what it says it does but there is a little bit of a learning curve to use it correctly

The way to use it correctly is to set your cutoff voltage on discharge mode to 2.5 volts the first time you do a discharge test because you want to see what each battery discharge curve is because they can be some what different and the run time can also be different so you have to match as close as you possibly can for the best run time results

Now with this battery tester machine you can cart each battery and compare them to get the best results

Now you do have to use a computer to be able to cart the battery results

There are some issues with the manual in the respect that there are some thing that it not real clear about and some thing that it make you think that you can do it but not quite correct about the way it written

Just keep this in mind when reading this manual

                  Here is the manual

This is a guide that I am writing for helping others to replace their MEC1503 EC chip if it breaks (or to get around an inconvenient prompt to the BIOS). This forum has been extremely helpful to me so I would like to contribute to help others. I will tell you right now that this task is very difficult to do. You MUST have experience and tools to do precision micro-soldering, BGA reballing, trace repair, and general laptop repair skills.

There are some specialty tools needed to do this task. The replacement MEC1503 chips can be acquired from Aliexpress. Do not buy the bare chips as...

                          Long story short:
                          - dad converted Asus Chromebox CN62 into Windows compatible, with mrchromebox BIOS, years and years ago
                          - gave the computer to his son a couple years later
                          - son now decided to revert it to Chrome OS, to sell it as original (re-writing BIOS with the backup one created by his dad)
                          - too lazy to remove the board from the case, thought a voltage regulator was the BIOS chip (you know... it has 8 legs)
