    Help to identify a SMD IC

    I was diagnosing a bad computer graphics card which had no Vcore.
    The output is not shorted, and the MOSFETs are fine.

    Most likely the control IC is bad. However, it has some strange SMD markings, I couldn't decipher. See the attached picture. I hope it is clear enough.

    Could anyone help?

    Forgot to add, the IC in question is the one with markings:
    JJ FE 28U.
