Help identifying this part by AMIS

hi all, i am currently repairing a Body Control Module off a MAN truck which has had the battery connected in reverse. Lots of TVS protection diodes blown but i can at least now power it up on the bench. I have a component in need some data /pinout on but i can't find any anywhere, it was made by AMIS who are now ON Electronics. The markings on it are:

0609TDE IF ISO (this last part could also be 1F 150 as difficult to make out)

also

894 511 877 4

The truck it is from is a 2005 MAN TGL.

Also does anyone on h ere work on these module at all?

you wont find that part number.
ON-semi supply chips to big customers with custom part numbers.
this is a big problem with Motorola branded shit too.

Thanks for the link, i believe i have already tried it but i will check again. Difficult to work out exactly what it does to be honest.
