help needed to identify this part

it is on a bathmaster hand remote 2006 ver 3c

this part was burn when my small pico fuse burn...

it is located q9 and these are the best photo i did before loosing top part.

It could be a BC817-40W, Marking 6C (W) = made in China. 45V NPN SMALL SIGNAL TRANSISTOR IN SOT323
Looks like the same markings as Q10

all it drives is a buzzer,
either the buzzer is shorted or the transistor is not up to the job.
