If it's the one across the mains.. we normally just bin them and don't replace..
Now if you want to.. usually they are 0.05 @ 1KV X2 class.. general mains motor suppressor caps are suitable.
I'm in the UK and our standards for such things are stricter.. mostly you will find them being 0.047uF (47nF) - X2 Class 275VAC
The circuit of the power wiring up to rectifier would assist us here.
