    Substitute for Mosfet AO4423L

    Hi all,

    I need a replacement for a AO4423L mosfet, because the original part doesn't seem to be readily available?

    Are there any substitute parts that anyone could recommend?

      legot, perhaps you could show us a diagram of the circuit, or a description of what the FET does.
      Is it plugged in?
