Help to ID SMD device

Hey guys,

Any chance somebody could help me out.

I have a Powercolor ATI Radeon XT1950PRO AGP and one of the transistors? is broken off.

The only text on it was "02L6U" (sorry I have no way of getting a closeup of text)

The "02" is underlined _ _

Looks to be a 3.5v fixed positive LDO regulator.

Although it's a 5 pin set.

You only have three pads, which means it's a custom regulator or very old series. 02 could be a date code or series code, Usually date code.

Check to see which pad had ground.

It will be a transistor as the location is marked Q1001

I'm going with 2N7002. pretty common transistor. If you have any scrap boards around like a laptop motherboard. Could be marked K702, 702 maybe you can scavange one

Is resistor R3595 missing? one end of the resistor is connected to the PCB pad, another end is connect to pin 3 (Emitter or Source pin) of that transistor, so the pad on the edge of the PCB can either be the input or output.

Thanks for the replies, R3595 is missing, there is no evidence I can see of it ever being fitted.

Turns out my multimeter has died and I need another, I think R1425 side is ground
