well the document is pretty irelevent if you cant find the scope it's advertising.
most scopes function the same way anyway - just different speeds and number of channels

Autoleap makes Auto Repair Shop Software. I don't think they make test equipment.

Do you have a link to the actual PDF file?

              The link is posted above.

The manual mentions it as a reference on how to properly set up a scope to test MCU's.

It does not give a link to the actual document but suggests were to find it but apparently that seems to be incorrect information. The individual who produced the pdf does not offer any support even though he asks for feedback. No integrity IMOP. At this point, I doubt the info exists. I've tried to find it, inquired to the company that supposedly produced the mentioned document as well as the author of the pdf that recommends the document in question but never received any replies. I have since moved on to other things.

Is that PDF e-book of any real value?

Well, if you want to learn how complicated MCU's are to fix, then yes. In reality it takes more than a scope. It requires specialized testing equipment and pricey subscriptions to other services that provide the specific information required to work on them along with a pretty steep learning curve. Putting voltage into one of these without knowing what you're doing could cost you thousands. M. Salazar has videos on Youtube if you want to see how it gets done.

Copy DMI info easily with Hex editing software and Macro script
                    by SMDFlea
Copying DMI information from an old bios to a new one is difficult for some members, often they have no experience with a hex editor,or some that have tried find it too hard. There is an option to make things easier for those members so that they don`t need to post their own bios backup for the DMI copying.

Experienced bios modding members can help by posting in other threads the DMI offsets, macro script generated by the software and a download link to the software at softpedia mentioned in this guide,or post your macros in the comments here with a link to the bios request thread ....

UPDATE of JANUARY 5th : I am cancelling this post because problem has been solved by creating a new bios starting from the old one with correct dmi and cleaning ME. everything works fine . thanks anyway

Hi, I am replacing a motherboard circus-6050A2723701-MB-A02 to an HP 650 G2 laptop because the original one was faulty. I bought and repaired a used MB which works fine now with its BIOS, but I wanted to copy the DMI data from the old to the new MB. I created with Flash Image Tool a new bios starting from the old original chip , cleaned ME region and new updated dump region extracted...

How not to Damage an Oscilloscope
                    by Tarot Superstars
                    Hello.
I have jut got my first analogue oscilloscope. An Isotech 620 20MHz.

I want to learn how not to damage it, and I found instructions on the internet obscure.
They talk about ground, earth, floating ground, this, that....
But they don't actually say anything anything useful so far.

                    I want to know:
Don't connect exactly this to exactly there or it blows up.

For example, I am tracing a signal from a function generator in an audio amp, or testing for voltages in different parts of a circuit.
I want to know what not to connect...

                    Dynamco analogue oscilloscope
                    by Evets
I have recently acquired a Dynamco D7100 analogue oscilloscope without a user manual. As this is the first time I have owned or used an oscilloscope I would like to try and find an instruction book. The manufacturers no longer hold any information and a Google search only found one site but when I downloaded a 'service manual' all I got was gobbledegook. Any help would be gratefully appreciated or even pointers to a generic manual where I could learn more.
