    Part Identification (MOSFETS)

I have this motherboard (ASUS M4A88T-M LE) with a blown MOSFET, I'll try to revive the board by replacing the part.

I couldn't identify the manufacturer, neither find the part number in datasheets.

    A09 N03 ECI2A03

    Blown one:

    Normal:

    Maybe someone recognize this logo?

"a09n03" no problem using Google search for this part, no problem getting the spec sheet.
Also try "A09 N03 ECI2A03" and see what you get on duckduckgo and Google search.

        Re: Part Identification (MOSFETS)

Thank you guys. Google shows only 2 results for "A09 N03 ECI2A03", but "a09n03" gives me better results.

That is the key in searching, what you type in the search box.
So I hope that when that MOSFET blew up it did not take the IC that drives the Gate of the MOSFET with, just be sure to check (since this is low voltage circuit, the IC may be OK).

            yes,
before you remove the fet, see if the gate pin is shorted to the others.
also, on the foto it looks like each fet has a resistor on the gate pin - check if it's o.k.
