Diode GO C 40

I need to replace a defective diode in a power supply. the diode's code is GOC 30 or GOC 40.

I haven't found any details about this diode, anyone can help me on this? the code is first line GO or G0, second line C third line 40

if you can check the voltdrop and it's under 200mV then it's probably a schottky rectifier
